Day on a Bike

With nice weather forecasted for today, we got out early to rent a tandem and spent most of the day riding along Chicago's shoreline. We rode north to the end of the Lakefront Trail and south as far as Soldier Field for a round trip of about 20 miles with lunch in Old Town near Lincoln Park. It felt great to be riding again and there's not a better way to see the city in my opinion. Since it was a 3-day weekend with today probably being the best, weatherwise, the Lakefront Trail, as well as the city itself, was very busy with everyone out to enjoy the day. On your left!!!
